Location.
The Hotel Yadis Oasis Tozeur is located in the centre of Tozeur, Tunisia, on the edge of the old medina and within 300 metres from the oasis. The tourist area and the airport are five kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Features.
Built in typical Moorish style using pale-coloured bricks, the Yadis Oasis is set in the centre of a natural palm grove. It offers air- conditioned public areas, a room service menu and its own nightclub. Medical services are available.

The Hotel Yadis Oasis Tozeur's restaurant, Les Palmiers, serves menus and à la carte dishes. There is a buffet in the evening with a choice of hot and cold food. The hotel serves a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning. The bar La Rose des Sables is situated near the swimming pool, and the hotel also includes a Moorish style café, Le Marabout.

The Yadis Oasis features two conference rooms with projectors and sound equipment. Secretarial services are available on request

There are three swimming pools on site, including a children's pool. Billiards, table tennis and Petanque can also be played (surcharge). Excursions into the Sahara Desert can be undertaken on horse or camel or on foot. The hotel can also organise horse-drawn carriage rides and trips by four-wheel drive, and offers Bedouin evenings with authentic tent and diner in the palmerie. There is a nightclub on site.

Expert Tip. A scenic route leads up to the view point of Belvedere, which offers the best view over the oasis, the town of Tozeur and the surrounding desert.

Getting there.
The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is by taxi. A one-way fare is 5 TD. Car rental offices can be found at the airport, with Europcar being the only European company. Prices are subject to change.


Getting around. The easiest way to explore the town of Tozeur is on foot, but for excursions into the desert the best mode of transport is four-wheel drive and should always be accompanied by a guide.
